In January of 2017, I quit my job as a content strategist at MullenLowe Profero. I enjoyed the experience, but realized that I’d need to shed the structure of an ad agency and break free from the prescribed roles associated with a traditional job title to move my career in a more fulfilling direction.
The time since has been filled with a wide and rewarding mix of work. As a copywriter, I’ve written and edited scripts for major international businesses, devised brand-wide messaging guidelines for startups, and seen my words accompany photos of supermodel Gigi Hadid. In my time as a journalist I’ve interviewed viral mascots and museum curators, discussed the implications of HUD policy and beer marketing, and subjected myself to various abuses in the name of x. Each project has pushed me outside my comfort zone in its own way, but all have sharpened my writing skills and clarified my creative vision.
I’d love to take a break from skiing off cliffs, climbing up them, and playing music to work with you.
